Our Professors bring specialist knowledge to the program based on current experience in the field. In keeping with professional education, our professors are drawn from a wide range of expertise in the public health community. Many of our adjunct professors have been with the program since its beginning in 1995 providing on-going commitment to the program. Their credibility in the field enables students to gain knowledge of the best practices and an introduction to the professional culture.

Members of our Professional Advisory Committee are drawn from the professional association, prospective employers, provincial and federal regulatory agencies, and academia. The Committee's role is to evaluate the demand for graduates, to advise on the competencies and skill sets required of graduates, and to maintain linkages between Concordia and the stakeholder sectors.
